Dubai Municipality has completed its birds and pets market in the Warsan 3 area of the Emirate.
The project was executed by the assets management department of the civic body.
The market is situated in an area of total 45 hectors in Warsan 3 area. A perfect housing for pets trade and related business, the market will also serve as the meeting place for pet lovers.
According to Eng. Hussain Nasser Lootah, director general of Dubai Municipality, the market will become one of the leading of its kind at a regional and global level given the variety of services and facilities it offers. It will be hosting competitions, exhibitions, workshops for public regarding pet breeding and other educational programs in occasions, he said.
The market has four commercial complexes and will have 80 shops. Auction halls, veterinary clinic, restaurants, cafeteria, quarantine, hotel for dogs and cats, and many other facilities are available in the market.
